Paris Graffiti-Art or Tagging

Next door to a primary school (building on the far right).

At the Louvre.

In the Latin Quarter.
On the Pont Nuef.
On the RER. 
Multiples on the corner of Rue de Lille and Rue des Saint Peres.

So what do you think, are these the works of budding artists or just the defacing of Paris by taggers?
